Use Pauses at the Bottom for Accessory Work
Cable pull-throughs, glute bridges, banded hip hinges โ these are great places to add a 1โ2 second pause at the bottom to kill momentum and force muscular work from a stretched position.
Leave Your Finisher Sets Alone
Drop sets, high-rep burnouts at the end of a session โ let these move at a natural pace. By this point, accumulated fatigue is doing the work. Adding forced tempo to a fatigued muscle group is a recipe for form breakdown.
Keep Weight Honest
